Where in the world

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow it all the way to your door.

    Tap View your order or the tracking number for live updates.

  2. Your order status page

    Use the link in your order confirmation email. It shows every update from the carrier.

  3. Your account

    If you checked out with an account, sign in and open the order.

No shipping email yet?

Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days. Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Mosarai. If it's been longer than 3 business days, email hello@mosarai.com with your order number and we'll check on it for you.

Tracking paused?

It's normal for tracking to pause for a day or two while a parcel moves between carriers. If it hasn't changed for 7 days, contact us and we'll chase it with the carrier.
