Shipping policy

Shipping rates

Orders over US$100 ship free. Under US$100, Standard shipping is US$8.50 and Priority Tracked shipping is US$10.50. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on a weekend begin processing the next business day.

Delivery

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number and an estimated delivery window. If we ever can't ship your order within the time we've told you, we'll let you know straight away, and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States and its territories, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, most of Europe and the other countries offered at checkout. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country; these are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also follow your parcel from our Track your order page.

Lost, late or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, your parcel shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, or it arrives damaged, email us at hello@mosarai.com with your order number. For damage, please add a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Wrong address

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it if the order hasn't been handed to the carrier yet. Once it has shipped we can't redirect it.
