These terms apply to your use of mosarai.com and any purchase you make from Mosarai ("we", "us", "our"). By using our store or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Using our store

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information, keep your account details secure, and not misuse the store, for example by attempting fraud, interfering with how it works, or copying our content.

2. Products and descriptions

We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and frame measurements may vary by a millimetre or two. Lens and protection details are listed on each product page. Please read them before you buy, especially if you plan to drive in your sunglasses.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or there's an error in the listing. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

6. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law and the consumer laws of your US state. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Intellectual property

The Mosarai name, logo, photographs, designs and text on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.

8. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a review, photo or comment, you confirm it's yours and honest, and you allow us to display it on our store and social media. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated.

9. Third-party services

Our store uses third-party services such as Shopify and payment providers, and may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. This doesn't take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.
