US shipping on every order. All 50 states, plus Puerto Rico and the other US territories offered at checkout.
Business days to dispatch. Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Weekend orders start the next business day.
From the moment it leaves. Your shipping email includes a tracking link and an estimated delivery window.

Your shipping confirmation email includes your tracking number and an estimated delivery window. If we ever can't ship your order within the time we've told you, we'll let you know straight away, and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Lost, late or damaged.
If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, your parcel shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, or it arrives damaged, email us at hello@mosarai.com with your order number. For damage, please add a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Tell us within 12 hours.
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update the address if your order hasn't been handed to the carrier yet. Once it has shipped we can't redirect it, so please double-check your address at checkout.
